rtCamp is looking for an SEO Executive with 1–3 years of experience to help improve organic visibility and search performance across our websites. You'll work closely with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices, optimize content, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys learning, experimenting, and staying up to date with changes in search.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research and content optimization tasks
- Execute on-page SEO recommendations across websites
- Conduct technical SEO audits and assist with issue resolution
- Track rankings, traffic, and SEO performance metrics
- Prepare regular SEO reports and insights
- Support content, outreach, and link-building initiatives
- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices
Must-Haves

- 1-3 years of experience in SEO Role.
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and content SEO fundamentals
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, coordination and documentation abilities
Good to Have
- Experience with B2B or technology-focused websites
- Understanding of AI-driven search, AEO, and GEO concepts
