Key Responsibilities
- Must work closely with the customer-facing teams to understand business requirements, challenges, and objectives of clients. This involves conducting assessments and gathering data to identify technical gaps and opportunities aligned with offerings from rtCamp.
- Based on the analysis of client needs, the candidate should be able to design and propose technical solutions that meet the client’s requirements.
- Providing technical consultancy and presenting solution demos to the client team as a part of pre-sales pitches
- Creating technical documentation including implementation plans aligned with the key business goals of clients. This may involve evaluating the offerings of multiple solutions & platforms to identify those that best fit the client’s use case.
- Assisting customer-facing business team members with the up keeping and upgrades of conversion battle cards.
Must Haves
- A hands-on knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript & server-side scripting languages such as PHP, Node.js.
- Accuracy in understanding the business of clients and their objectives. The candidate must be able to navigate technical discussions and brainstorming sessions with the client team
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and creating implementation plans/pitches for current rtCamp clients.
- Writing compelling technical documents and being able to present implementation plans and approaches efficiently.
- 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Consultant.
Good to Have
- Prior experience working in close collaboration with cross-functional groups, including business teams, account management teams, project management, engineering, and business, to land new projects and long-lasting client relationships.
- Technical know-how of enterprise CMS/DXP in good capacity. e.g. WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, and so on.
- Actively maintaining a blog/journal. Even better if you use WordPress for it.
