rtCamp is a fast-growing organization that is welcoming applications for the role of Sales Development Representative. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers, guiding them through their sales journey. You will combine analytical skills with strong communication skills to understand customer needs, demonstrate our solutions, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming inquiries promptly and professionally, understanding prospects business’ short and long-term requirements. This involves conducting assessments and gathering data to identify solutions aligned with offerings from rtCamp.
- Prepare and conduct custom WordPress demos to showcase solution capabilities and benefits
- Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals that address customer requirements and highlight the value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals.
- Deliver persuasive presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences, negotiate contracts and win business, working towards a yearly sales quota.
Must Have
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Accuracy in understanding the business of clients and their objectives. The candidate must have the ability to do due diligence of relevant stakeholders and prepare pitches likewise.
- Prior experience of leading complete sales cycles.
- Writing compelling proposals and being able to present pitches and approaches efficiently.
- 3+ years of experience.
Good to Have
- Prior experience working in close collaboration with cross-functional groups, including external channel partners, internal project management, CSM, & engineering teams, to win new business.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering and related fields.
- Experience of working in a consulting agency, primarily in DXP and web development space. Huge bonus for experience with CMSs such as WordPress, Drupal, AEM, Sitecore
- Actively maintaining a blog/journal. Even better if you use WordPress for it.
