We are looking for experienced Customer Success Managers who can oversee and nurture client relationships. Drive account growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and renewal efforts. Proactively identify and address customer needs to prevent churn and ensure ongoing customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the business offerings and clientele of rtCamp.
- Operate as the single point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned client account(s) to handle renewals, relationship development, escalations, training, and upsells.
- Forecast and track key account metrics; meet and exceed account revenue targets.
- Conduct continuous diligence for their accounts to identify opportunities in other business units, identify stakeholders and find references to facilitate solution pitches.
- Closely liaison with rtCamp’s channel partners to identify new opportunities, and lead the pitching presentation of the solution to the customer stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing teams to generate case-studies, testimonials and other related growth documentation.
- Be actively involved in researching and gathering market intelligence and strategic analysis to increase business opportunities.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of experience in Account development & management.
- Executive presentation skills.
- Good communication.
- Stakeholder management & relationship building.
- Contract management.
