We are looking for experienced Customer Success Managers who can oversee and nurture client relationships. Drive account growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and renewal efforts. Proactively identify and address customer needs to prevent churn and ensure ongoing customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Understand the business offerings and clientele of rtCamp.
  2. Operate as the single point of contact for all matters specific to the assigned client account(s) to handle renewals, relationship development, escalations, training, and upsells. 
  3. Forecast and track key account metrics; meet and exceed account revenue targets.
  4. Conduct continuous diligence for their accounts to identify opportunities in other business units, identify stakeholders and find references to facilitate solution pitches. 
  5. Closely liaison with rtCamp’s channel partners to identify new opportunities, and lead the pitching presentation of the solution to the customer stakeholders.
  6. Work closely with marketing teams to generate case-studies, testimonials and other related growth documentation. 
  7. Be actively involved in researching and gathering market intelligence and strategic analysis to increase business opportunities.

Must Haves

  1. 5+ years of experience in Account development & management.
  2. Executive presentation skills.
  3. Good communication.
  4. Stakeholder management & relationship building.
  5. Contract management.

Good to Have

  1. Sales & business development experience.
  2. Good understanding of web publishing platforms.
  3. Experience working with channel partners in an enterprise environment.
