You'll be the bridge between our clients and our development team. Think of yourself as a translator who can seamlessly convert client dreams into developer goals, to help craft effective and technically sound solutions. Key Responsibilities

  1. Understanding the client’s business needs, performing in-depth research of the requirement specs and translating them into a clear and actionable implementation plan, after vetting all the available solutions.
  2. Assisting the deal owner with creating & reviewing the business documents, decks, email drafts, contracts and ongoing communication from a technical perspective.
  3. Working closely with project management, engineering, and business teams to facilitate a seamless handover from sales to project implementation, ensuring technical requirements are accurately captured and addressed.
  4. Sharing deal insights with internal teams to continuously refine service offerings and enhance our pitching materials.
  5. Presenting implementation plans and approaches, efficiently, to client and internal stakeholders.

Must Haves

  1. Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript & server-side scripting languages such as PHP, Node.js.
  2. Experience creating technical documentation or writing BRDs.
  3. Fluently able to speak, write and present in English.
  4. 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a technical or sales role.

Good to Have

  1. Exposure to CMS and DXP platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sitecore.
  2. Actively maintaining a blog or journal. Even better if you use WordPress for it.
  3. Experience with public speaking or presenting.
  4. Extra brownie points for having a good taste in movies or restaurant recommendations!
