As an Operations Manager, you'll ensure smooth office operations, manage business travel arrangements, company retreats, oversee vendors, manage procurement and facilities, and enhance our work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, vendor management, office maintenance, security, and cleanliness to ensure an organized, safe, and efficient workspace.
  2. Coordinate business travel, logistics for company events, retreats, and client meetings.
  3. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, handle procurement, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  4. Oversee onboarding kits and laptop inventory for new hires, ensuring timely delivery, setup, and stock replenishment.
  5. Handle staff engagement, invoicing, budgeting, and financial processes related to office and vendor operations.
  6. Develop and manage a global gifting strategy, including selection, purchase, delivery, and budget tracking.
  7. Supervise operations staff, provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring smooth operation of office systems and coordinating with IT as needed.

Must Haves

  1. Minimum 3–5 years of experience working in an administrative role in the IT sector.
  2. Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and Marathi) and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Suite.
  4. Expertise in managing office space, inventory, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Good to Have

  1. Proficiency in collaborating with a distributed team.
  2. Previous experience organizing large-scale company events or retreats.
  3. Experience in managing a team.
