As an Office Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless day-to-day functioning of our office by managing workplace operations, facilities, vendor relationships, procurement, travel logistics, and executive support. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Koregaon Park, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end office operations, including facilities, housekeeping, maintenance, office supplies, and workplace infrastructure, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, and logistics for employees and leadership.
  • Plan and execute company events, offsites, retreats, leadership meetings and client visits.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, contract negotiations, invoicing and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Oversee office assets and inventory, including laptops, onboarding kits, office equipment, furniture, and supplies, while coordinating with IT for employee onboarding and workplace setup.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, including managing business and personal errands, coordinating priority tasks, and handling time-sensitive requests to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Must Haves

  • 3–5 years of experience in Office Administration, Workplace Operations, or Operations Management within the IT, SaaS, or technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Strong expertise in office administration, facilities, vendor and inventory management, procurement, and workplace operations, along with hands-on experience using Google Workspace (GSuite), Microsoft Office Suite, and travel management platforms for flight and hotel bookings.
  • Experience managing travel bookings, company events, employee onboarding logistics, and office infrastructure.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Good to Have

  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth technology company.
  • Proficiency in collaborating with a distributed team.
  • Familiarity with procurement tools, expense management platforms, or workplace management software.
  • Ability to build scalable office processes and continuously improve workplace operations.
