We are looking for someone to lead the charge for our US business development efforts! To craft a killer strategy, to identify companies facing digital experience challenges, and to become their trusted advisor, working collaboratively to find the perfect solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to build sales pipeline in the US market, ensuring consistent deal flow and keep the momentum going.
- Craft winning pitches and presentations that showcase rtCamp's solutions and secure new business partnerships, expanding our client universe.
- Represent rtCamp at various industry conferences and events. Optional, but bonus points for a rock star stage presence!
- Cultivate and nurture leads through relationship building and outreach.
- Collaborate with rtCamp’s marketing, development, and other teams to drive business growth - we're all in this together!
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and celebrate your wins!
Must Haves
- 5+ years of proven success in B2B business development leadership, consistently crushing revenue targets.
- Prior experience in DXP platforms such as AEM, Kentico, Drupal is a plus, bonus points for platform fluency.
- Lead generation experience with a knack for spotting potential in target industry. Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills that inspire trust and build strong relationships
- Experience or willingness to work with a remote sales team - you'll be their Yoda!
