In this role, you’ll craft platform-specific content, develop innovative strategies, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and decision makers to showcase the value we bring to the world of enterprise WordPress solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage and grow rtCamp's presence across key social platforms: LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, and others.
- Produce & repurpose high-quality, platform-appropriate content that resonates with B2B audiences.
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies, while maintaining our brand voice to maximize engagement and reach.
- Ideate/script videos, ensuring they align with rtCamp's messaging and effectively address the needs of our target audiences.
- Be agile with your strategies, make changes rapidly based on feedback. Stay updated on emerging trends in B2B marketing and social media.
- Think in systems - find ways to scale our presence and engagement.
- Activate executives for thought leadership across social channels.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of hands-on experience and experience managing social media for B2B companies, preferably in the tech or digital services industry.
- Portfolio/handy links demonstrating your skills in Social Media and thought process behind campaigns. We should be able to look at the social handles you have worked on previously and verify campaigns and creative engagement independently.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A data-driven mindset. Demonstrate how you were able to change/improve based on data.
- Familiarity with each platform's nuances and best practices, particularly LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Reddit.
- Ability to work and collaborate with multiple stakeholders remotely.
Good to Have
- Experience of working with WordPress, Drupal or any other Enterprise CMS/DXP platform.
- Some experience in graphic design or video editing/scripting.
- Understanding of Video SEO principles.
- Setting up and overseeing analytics to track and optimize performance.
