We're seeking an enthusiastic professional who is ready to contribute creatively and strategically to our HR initiatives, fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment by postings jobs, candidate screenings, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Administer and support onboarding, performance management, leave tracking and employee engagement activities.
- Sustaining a consistent practice of documenting processes regularly and ensuring continual updates.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law and implement them wherever applicable.
- Drive and promote rtCamp’s culture within the organization.
- Address rtCampers' grievances with an empathetic approach.
Must Haves
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset and a track record for getting results.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Google Suite
- Strong ethics and reliability
- At least 2 years of core HR experience
Good to Have
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Experience working with Human Resources Information System (HRIS)and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in generating reports and analyzing HR metrics to track progress and identify trends.
