As an Administrative Manager, you'll ensure smooth office operations, manage business travel arrangements, company retreats, oversee vendors, manage procurement and facilities, enhancing our work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations, managing supplies, equipment, vendor relations for facilities, maintaining office space.
- Organize and manage business travel arrangements for employees (flight bookings, hotel reservations, etc.). Planning company retreats/team-building events, managing logistics for client meetings.
- Develop relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, managing vendor performance and procurement processes.
- Develop a global gifting strategy, managing selection/purchase/delivery of gifts for clients and employees, maintaining a gift budget.
- Procure items for employee onboarding kits, manage inventory, track usage, and replenish stock as needed.
- Coordinate device procurement, manage inventory, delivery, and setup for new hires. Facilitate recalls or replacements as needed.
Must Haves
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience working in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi, and Marathi) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
